Dr. Andrew B. Denton, Facial Plastic Surgeon

Mandy Mandy joined us as Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our cosmetic procedure clinic in February 2002. Her warm smile and sunny disposition are always appreciated and she never tires of seeing happy patients with great outcomes from their cosmetic procedures. In her role as PCC, Mandy works with all of our clients to ensure that their experience with us is a positive one. When not working, Mandy divides her time between family, her baseball team and the gym.

Jennifer Jennifer, our Nurse Manager in our cosmetic surgery clinic was born and raised in British Columbia. She received her degree from UBC (B.PE) & Douglas College (RN) and joined us in 1999. It is Jennifer's responsibility to ensure that our private cosmetic surgery operating facility is ready for surgery every day. When not organizing the operating room, Jennifer liaises closely with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia Ñ the body that strictly regulates Non-Hospital Surgical Facilities (such as our cosmetic surgery clinic) within our province. Once a member of the Canadian national women's soccer team, Jennifer divides her free time between family, athletics and travelling

Linda As Registered Nurse Specialist, Linda has been with our cosmetic procedure clinic since 1984. After graduating from Velez General Hospital (RN) she moved to Canada and has worked in nursing ever since. Linda is an exceptional assistant in the operating room and has vast experience in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and travelling to far off and distant lands.

Merle Merle has been a Registered Nurse Specialist with us since 2009 at which time she assumed responsibility of our Post Operative Recovery Room for cosmetic surgical procedures here in Vancouver. In that role, Merle ensures a smooth and comfortable transition for our clients between their cosmetic surgery and their discharge from the clinic. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by our patients. While not taking care of our patients undergoing cosmetic procedures, Merle spends time worrying about her children (like any mother!), cooking and travelling.

Sylvia Sylvia first met Dr. Denton while he was completing his residency at the University of British Columbia where she worked as a Registered Nurse Specialist in the operating room at Vancouver General Hospital. Upon returning to Vancouver from his fellowship, Sylvia joined Dr. Denton in the cosmetic surgery operating room and has been with us ever since. Besides her passion for nursing, Sylvia has a passion for orchids, travel and her dog xx - who, incidentally, looks after the family house in the Philippines when Sylvia and her husband are back in Vancouver!

Karen Like Sylvia, Karen met Dr. Denton at UBC where she still works as a Registered Nurse Specialist in the operating room at UBC Hospital. Karen enjoys her days with us in the cosmetic surgery operating room and her kind and warm demeanor are appreciated by our patients undergoing cosmetic procedures. While not working, Karen loves spending time with her granddaughter and also at her summer cabin in Princeton.
